Answer while
your next client
is still looking.
Vetted Intake answers every call in one ring, around the clock. It screens the injury, captures liability details and the incident date for attorney review, warm-transfers hot cases, and books the consult before the next firm does.
Flat, custom-scoped build. No per-call charges. Typical launch: 5 to 7 business days after we receive your inputs and approvals. Answered within two rings, or that month is on us.

Built to protect privilege, not break it.
Every minute you wait, the odds collapse.
Clio's 2024 secret-shop study found that only 40% of firms answered a prospective-client call. An older B2B web-lead study found that responding within five minutes was associated with 21 times higher qualification odds than waiting 30 minutes. The reliable takeaway is simple: answer while the caller is still looking for help.

What are missed calls costing you?
Use your actual call volume, miss rate, signing rate, and average fee. The estimate shows what missed calls could be costing your firm, not what Vetted Intake promises to recover.
It screens every caller against the criteria your firm approves.
Incident-date flagging
Captures the incident date, applies your review rules, and flags it for an attorney to confirm.
Liability and injury triage
Screens fault, injuries, and treatment so your attorneys only see cases worth signing.
Screens obvious non-cases
Routes vendor calls and inquiries outside your stated criteria without asking an attorney to triage every call.
Retainer e-signature
Prepares an engagement-letter draft from approved fields for attorney review and signature.
Built around your firm, not a generic script.
Before it answers a single call, Vanessa is configured with the firm-approved facts and rules a strong intake hire would need. She uses that context on the phone, over text, on your website, and in your inbox, so every conversation sounds like your firm.
From qualified to signed.
The moment a case qualifies, from a call, a text, the website chat, or an email, the brain pulls the facts the client already gave and drafts your engagement letter. Queue it for your review, or send it to the client as a first draft for signature. It is an add-on when you want it.
Representative calls. Call the live line, or listen in.
We configure delivery into the software you already run.
Once connected, the qualified intake lands in your case-management system with the fields your team needs.
Try a representative intake preview.
Type a message to see a representative response flow. This on-page preview is a simulation; live firm lines are configured and validated against each firm's approved intake before go-live.
A 24/7 intake desk that answers on the first ring.
Every call, one ring, around the clock, on a number branded to your firm in English or Spanish.
Runs your intake script: accident type and date (which flags incident dates for attorney review), injuries, treatment, liability.
Hot cases warm-transfer to your on-call attorney. If no one picks up, it books the consult instead.
Drops the consult on your calendar (Clio, Cal.com, Calendly) and sends a confirmation.
When messaging rules allow, the caller gets a confirmation and intake link. Approved records go to the destination configured for your firm.
Custom-scoped. Flat fee. Done for you.
We build, launch, and run the whole thing for you. There is no software to set up, no dashboard to babysit, and no scripts to write. You approve the intake questions and the voice; we handle the build, the phone number, the integrations, and the tuning.
Intake only: it never gives legal advice, never quotes case value, and hands every matter to a human attorney to review. It is your front desk, held to your rules.

Most reception tools stop at the greeting or the message. Vetted Intake carries the call through PI questions, conflict screening, booking, routing, and attorney review.
Category examples, from public information (2026): horizontal AI receptionists (Smith.ai, Ruby, Dialzara); legal answering (Alert Communications, Answering Legal, LEX Reception); law-native AI receptionists (LegalClerk.ai, CaseGen.ai, Hona, Juryo).

Hi, I'm Mario. I'll show you your firm's line myself.
I'm a tech founder who has spent two decades building and selling software companies, and I built Vetted Intake to answer the calls your firm keeps missing. Give me twenty minutes. I'll play the working demo line, walk your intake step by step, and answer whatever you throw at me. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
Questions some personal-injury firm owners ask.
How much does it cost?+
Every build is custom-scoped with a $5,000 floor. Most firms land between $7,500 and $12,500, plus a flat monthly from $250 to $750 that includes a talk-time bundle. There are no per-call fees; if you go past your bundle, overage is a flat $0.15/min. You'll get an exact quote after a short scoping call, and payment plans are available.
Is there a per-minute charge?+
No per-call fee, ever. Each plan includes a monthly talk-time bundle (600 minutes on Launch, 1,200 on Firm, 2,400 on Multi-location). If you go past it, overage is a flat $0.15/min, a fraction of the per-call rates answering services charge. We will also move you to a better-fit plan proactively, and we never drop or block a call for going over.
Can it qualify a personal-injury case?+
Yes. It runs your approved intake script across accident type and date, injuries, treatment, the other party, insurance, and the police report. It flags the result against your criteria for attorney review and, when configured, warm-transfers priority calls to the on-call attorney.
Is it ethical and safe under bar rules?+
It gathers facts and books consults the way your intake staff would. It does not give legal advice, and every qualified case is reviewed by an attorney. Intake-only scripts, early AI disclosure, and firm-selected retention support the firm's compliance program; the firm and its counsel remain responsible for jurisdiction-specific bar and professional-conduct requirements.
How fast can we go live?+
The typical target is 5 to 7 business days after your firm supplies the required questions, routing rules, access, and approvals.
Will my clients know they're talking to AI?+
Yes. Early in the call, Vanessa says she is the firm's AI intake assistant. The assistant sounds warm and natural, never pretends to be an attorney, and never gives legal advice. It gathers the facts and books the consult; your attorney handles the law.
What changes the price?+
Scope. Price scales with the number of practice areas and office locations, the integrations you need, languages, and add-ons like two-way texting or engagement-letter automation. More moving parts means a bigger build. You'll get the exact number after a short scoping call, and there are never per-call fees.
Can we use it only after hours?+
Yes. Run it as your 24/7 line on a branded number, or keep your front desk and forward your office number to it at night, on weekends, and when every line is busy. The same firm-approved intake flow either way.
Does it integrate with Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics, or Filevine?+
CRM delivery is scoped, configured, and validated during each signed firm implementation. Supported delivery can include Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase, Filevine, PracticePanther, or a shared inbox, depending on the firm's system and approved access.
Your next case is calling after hours.Don't lose it. We'll answer it.
Book 20 minutes and hear Vanessa handle a representative injury call from the first ring to a booked consult. Then we'll map the same flow to your firm's intake.
